Just got a call from someone representing Dish trying to sell me Showtime for 9.01/month as some so called multi-premium discount. Supposedly a permanent price.
They called me about a week ago and offered Shotime for $7.01 and I took it. It was activated in minutes. I asked about the $5.00 Cinemax, but not available for me.
