Caller ID on 622......

I just realized that my 622 does not display caller ID. My 811 always did. I've had for a few months now and it has always worked great. I searched around the menus to see if there was some way to activate it and couldn't find anything. I even did a hard reset and it didn't help. Any ideas? TIA. (Yes, I have it hooked up to a phone line.....)

Menu, 6, 1, 2 gets you to caller ID enable

My complaint is that unlike the 921 you cannot only turn off display of caller ID. The 921 recorded all and would display or not the call. The 622 turns off recording when you turn off display. I like the display off for making recordings.
