Can I block all purchases?

I have a hopper with sling and two joeys. Is there a way to block all purchases so that mommy or daddy have to actively choose to allow their adorable little ones to buy movies off of dish cinema and maybe daddy's head won't EXPLODE AGAIN? Thanks.

Yes. Menu - Settings - Parental Control and choose your options.

Or if you really want to block all purchases as you wrote in the title, have a Dish CSR zero out your PPV credit limit. When I started getting charged for all sorts of stuff I never ordered, I did this and we've been very happy not paying outrageous fees for a single (or multiple!) movies. Other options are very much cheaper.
