Can I change my distant feeds?

I got my waiver approved for distant nets and was wondering if I can change the two cities I am getting (NY/CHI)? I called CSR, but was on hold forever so decided to ask here.

Ok, after being on hold for 40 minutes.... I answered my own question. Yes, I am allowed.

On a funnier note, I got a very eastern european sounding CSR (very helpful), but I was so tempted to ask him to say "Prepare to die Mr. Bond".
