Can I get these channels using FTA?

First off - I'm a total noob to FTA.

Currently I subscribe to DISH and get international channels Surya and Kairali.
I think dish charges way too much for these channels. I'm paying $274.89 annually for both these channels.

Is there any way I can receive these channels using FTA? Both channels are being broadcast from India.

unfortunatelly with alot of popular ethnic channels, we are at the mercy of the pay satellite companies
