Can just one channel lose signal? (IFC)

For the last couple of days, IFC says that it has lost the satellite signal, while all other channels come in fine. What might be going on? It doesn't seem logical that only one channel is lost...

Any ideas?

Could be a marginal reception issue that affects only one transponder. This happens sometimes with foliage blocking signal and marginal "rain fade" or even poor connections.

When you have a problem with IFC check out other channels on tp 6 at 119°. They include the following:
110 Food Network
112 HGTV
160 MTV
174 Toon Disney
205 Fox News
214 The Weather Channel
215 The Travel Channel
301 HBO 2
302 HBO Signature
318 Showtime East

The other possible answer is that the signal loss is at the uplink center. I live a few miles south of the Cheyenne uplink and we have been having some really wicked afternoon storms the last few days.
