Can someone help me find signal on my own?

Wife thought she could fix sat signal and lost 110. anyone know how to get it back? says port 2 with the world "Conn" :rant:

The best way is to re-align the dish correctly, Azimuth, Elevation, and Skew. You get your starting point for Az & El from the pointing charts. Set the Skew to the value listed for you Zip code.

You need to know which dish you have; 500 or 1000.

http://www.dishpointer.com/ use 110 & 119 for a Dish 500, 110, 119, & 129 for a Dish 1000. The skew is listed below the picture of the map along with the Az & El.

Ok, got 110 back with 80 strength, did the check switch and everything went ok but when I clicked done on check switch the signal showed 129, instead of 110? why won't it stay on 110?

elevation too low and to the west too much . move dish 3 to 4 marks up and back the
south just a little 1/4 inch and then run check switch again
