Can your Billing Address be used for these equipment deals?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's "moved." All these deals require install when calling Dish. Will they install at your billing address?

It may tempt me to get an 811 while waiting for the 921. I also plan on adding a second HD set in the not to distant future.

If your billing address is the same as your service address than yes they will do it. Other wise I doubt it.
