Canadian programming on FTA?

I see many people are getting Starchoice, Bell South etc. Direc Tv programming from Canada. Didn't think subscribing was legal for US customers?

The only thing I can receive is some Canadian radio stations off of 101W with my FTA receiver and 18' dish? I would subscribe to direc tv off of 101W if this was possible but I don't think it is? Am I limited to just a handfull of radio stations?

The radio stations are on 91, not 101

Its grey market for a US person to subscribe to Canadian TV (ExpressVu & StarChoice). You have to go through a program broker to get it since they cannot legally sell to US addresses.

Thats weird because my dish is pointed at 101W not 91 and I'm receiving radio?
