Cannot get sattelite 110 on my receiver

I was having trouble with sattelite strength and after aiming the dish was not getting results I expected. I spoke with tech support and they had me enter a code into the receiver and now I cannot receive sattelite 110 with this receiver. I moved it to another location in my home that the receivers work on 110 and can only receive 129. My local channels are on 110 in this area. What code do I need to enter to make this receiver accept 110 again. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you run a check switch test with your receiver?

I have never heard of codes being used by Dish since the 501 receiver. Do you remember what the code was? You may have to get advanced tech support to help you since Dish messed it up in the first place.

I had a stupid attack

I found my problem. First was calling tech support compounded the problem. I had the dish aimed at the wrong sattelite and tech support could not tell me this from their list that they followed. My mistake and thanks for the help.
