Can't access acct info online

For the last week I haven't been able to access 'my account' on DISH Satellite TV Packages From $19.99. Ask About HD Free For Life.. I can get to everything else on that page. I get this:

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
(the x's are mine)"

Thought that maybe the site is down but it's been a week. I am logged in: "Welcome back, DICK AND KAY". If I click on "log in" I get the same message but different support ID #.

Thanks but I ended up sending 3 PMs as things kept happening as I was checking things out. Unless--one of you has access to the PMs.

Thank you for making us aware of this. Can you PM your telephone number on your Dish account to me so I can take a look into this for you, please? I will see what is happening with the customer service application and may need to reset it for you.
