Can't Access Acct. Online

Hi, I have not been able to access my account online for about 6 days. As soon as I log in I am told that they are having technical difficulties and to try another time. I called the 800 #- (I shutter to call CSRs) got an India CSR who didn't know anything. I ended up on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. You'd think the stupid fool could read a computer screen in front of him after pulling up my acct. Does anyone know what's going on with Dish?

I talked to a tech supervisor yesterday. She verified the system is having a problem as she could not access my acct. either. She was going to report the problem. It seems strange that a whole week has gone by and I can't access the acct. online.
