Can't change my avatar...

Did someone nerf the ability to change our avatar? When I when to the "Edit Avatar" section of the User Control Panel, all I get is an option to remove my current avatar and not add another one.

I noticed the malfunction last night...decided to enjoy the weekend and not worry about it. Hopefully all will be working again soon.

Its strange, it keeps turning itself on and off. I have no idea why.

We are working on upgrading to vb 3.5 soon which should take care of these issues.
