Can't code remote to Sylvania LCD

Hey Everybody,
I have a Sylvania LC320SS8 and I am unable to code my Comcast remote (red center button model) to my TV. I have called several times hoping that I will get somebody new that knows what they are talking about and can give me the code. The standard codes that they keep giving me do not work and I am unable to find the code by searching. I have had this TV for 6 months and am tired of having to use a 2nd remote to turn the TV on and off. Thanks for any help that you can give me

Sylvania is made by Funai Corp. Try these codes:

0180
0179
0171

The 0171 is one of the codes also listed for Sylvania, so it might not work.
