can't delete vod download

downloaded a vod demand movie, but never watched......but I can't delete it from the rentals folder
any suggestions?

There's no delete button? I've seen a couple of situations. I had to watch one before the delete button appeared. Or the delete button never appeared and I had to wait for it to self delete after expiration. If you call dish, the latter will be given as your solution.

Same happened to me, it self deleted after about a month. I think it happens if you don't delete it before it expires.

I’ve had this happen. Hitting delete doesn’t do a thing.

But it will disappear later.

And maybe reappear. And disappear. Lather, rinse, repeat. It happened to me with Dr. Pol episodes.
