Can't Find Networks on G10r

For some reason I can't scan in the networks at TP 11988 on G10r. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

No problem here 90% quality!

There working here. Try 11986. Sometimes you need to adjust your transponder frequency to get a lock.

I wonder why I'm missing them? I'm getting virtually everything else. What SR should I input for that TP?

aahhhh perhps that's it. I ws adding the SR per the Lyngsat specs. My wife was playing with the remote while I was out last night and ....... well, you know the rest .....lol

Pete & Larry, thank you so very much. I put the TP at 11986 with the SR at 6.510 and I'm in the high 70's. Thanks "big time" guys!!!!

I had em up till sunday night, then a full scan and TP scan and still nothing. Ive read they can be found on C band.
