Cant register rose

Rose said she couldnt register. So I tried today for her.

I cant register her using a alternative e mail address. and am logged out on this computer

The I AM NOT A ROBOT begins rotating and the entire process stalls......

apparently theres a bug about.

amazingly she really wants to post here.....

some advice would be useful.

she tried registering using google chrome, I tried using AOL. in both cases endless rotating
