Card Swap and New Receivers

Just curious with the Card Swap pending as to what happens if I purchase a receiver from one of the Vendors advertising on this site just after the new cards come out.

Will my purchased receiver come with a new card or old card requiring me to pay $50 to DISH for a swap.

Dish would send you a new smart card.

However I am hearing new receivers are starting to ship with the new card with them, so it shouldn't be an issue anyways.
