It seems to be dropping out every couple minutes. When it does pixalate and drop-out. I can see another program playing in the background like somebody just flipped the channel. Weird. Anybody else seeing this on 61.5?

did not watch it today but the other day a recorded aqua teen was doing this with this scene from family guy coming up every few minutes. the last few recorded shows have not had this however. looks like its an on going problem.

If I remember correctly, some time ago, another channel would pixelate, and you could see other images in the background, and it turned out to be an encoder issue at the uplink facility.

I've had the same problem too lately. I tend to watch Adult Swim at night. I'd definitely say it's their problem.

It isn't a Dish issue. Cable and DirecTV subscribers have reported the same problem on and off for months.
