CBS Outages - Austin???

I gets locals through E*. For the past few weeks CBS has been "freezing-up" for a minute or so, maybe 4 times per night. All other stations are fine, even during this freeze. Picture just goes to still, no sound, then picks back up with that section missed. Has anyone else experienced this?
