CCTV (Central China Television) seems to have changed its logo to CGTN,
The CCTV website has this notice:

Notice
China Global Television Network, or CGTN, is China's new international media organization. It was launched by the national broadcaster China Central Television (CCTV) on Dec. 31, 2016. CCTV's English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian and CCTV 9 Documentary's web portals have been moved to www.cgtn.com.
