Center Ice + Dish Network

Anyone have any Information on what is going on with why Dish is so slow on billing or sending any info on Center Ice.

Word is it is available as of today. There are a couple of threads on this in the Dish forum. I went to the Dish web site and it says it is available for this season, but it wasn't an option for me to add, so I assume they are doing the automatic renewal for previous subscribers. Early bird price is only until October 9th.
