CEs Expected for 4/4 & 4/5

We've received word that there is CEs planned for ALL HR20 & HR21 series this weekend.

We'll hope to have the notes posted for you Friday late-afternoon, or as soon as DirecTV provides them to us.

As a reminder - you can only download CEs during the CE window - 11pm to 2am EDT Friday & Saturday, when DirecTV provides it for your model.

Check back Friday night for confirmation before downloading

I assume that I have the latest national software update (install was yesterday). I take it that I am clear to participate in the CE. I have the HR 21. I think I have the 100 but not sure. How exactly do I tell which HR-21 I have??

Hold info for 5 seconds - it is in the system info screen.

You can download a CE regardless of what current software you are running - provided you do it during the release window and it is for your receiver.
