CFO McDonnell to exit EchoStar

... said Wednesday that chief financial officer Michael McDonnell is resigning effective Aug. 13 for personal reasons. Separately the company's subsidiary EchoStar DBS Corp. plans to sell 1 billion of 10-year senior notes in the junk bond market sources said Wednesday. The notes are expected to be priced Wednesday and will be rated Ba3 by Moody's Investors Service and BB-minus by Standard Poor's the sources said.
