Does anyone know what the deal with this is.. People payed good money to get this and all day D* has been having audio issues now Blizcon is totally off air. D* dropped the ball on this one!

It says no refunds in the guide info (LOL) but it's definitely worth a phone call fro some type of credit. The more different people complain the better your case will be. If it's completely black then I'd say it's a no brainer call.
I just called D* they gave me a refund for the event. D* is slamed right now with calls. The event was down for over 30 min.
Hopefully it doesnt screw with the mount that your suppost to get for in game.

My wife got this PPV, and I can't believe how much they messed it up. I DVR'd it, and from the start, the audio and/or video keeps dropping out. BTW, the mount code comes by mail, from what she's read.
She said this was a last minute deal, since Blizzcon sold out in 12 minutes. They didn't ever plan to put it on TV.
They were suppost to show the dance contest tonight, this was poorly put together. But due to the technical difficulties some idiot decided to play all the missed interviews instead of showing the actual entertainment. Lots of disssapointed people over in the blizzcon forums.
