KFTL, 28, a low power station transmitting from Mt. San Bruno, just south of San Francisco, has made two programming changes today:
28.4 is now BTN - Blues Television Network and 28.10 is Retro TV.
In addition, KEMO 50 (RF 32), Santa Rosa, transmitting from Mt. St. Helena north of Napa, and with a Secondary transmitter on Sutro Tower, has added 50.4 Evine, a shopping channel.
