Changing package

I tried changing form choice to ultimate last night online. Got an email saying they could not do it to call them. I’ve been on the phone for 45 minutes and it’s still not resolved. Does Directv/AT&T like having more money?

I have never had any issues with AT&T stealing my money by upgrading my package online. Though i have to call in when i want my money handed back over to me when i downgrade
 
I think thats most companies ... don't let you down grade(or cancel ) online ... well I think there is a change package option on the legacy directv website not sure about att ..

True it's most companies that won't let you downgrade online you have to sit there and hear there BS why the package is so good LOL. ATT being the worst you can't even downgrade if you have a service call or buy a backlit remote!!!
