Can you describe what it looks like?

Typical things one might find stashed on very high analog channels are test signals to see if the system will support frequencies that high, or signal strength meters for field technicians to check.
 
We have something like that here. The screen shot looks like that of an oscilloscope. Probably just data streamed out to the field. I'm not sure if it originates out of the headend or is put out by downstream equipment such as a node or something.
