Channel 82 NBCE - Problems

I don't know if this is a new topic or not - if not I apologize.

For the last several weeks, the sound on channel 82 has been dropping out as frequently as several times a minute.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What is going on?

I noticed it when a played The Tonight show this past week.

same on the AVP Saturday and I saw a network message on it; so I take it as a NYC NBC issue.

I get NBC-HD OTA and noticed a lot of vid and audio dropouts on the repeat eps of "My Name Is Earl" and "The Office" last Thursday.

If anyone also watches PBS on Ch. 384, there is something funny going on with the sound - it goes up and down in loudness.

Has anyone else noticed this?
