Channels by Package?

Does anyone know where I can get a list or spreadsheet of channels by package for Dish? The only thing I can do is to view each package separately on their website. I would love to see a spreadsheet like most other providers have on their website.

Another question:

Does the WA broadcast the programs at the same time as the EA? I know with local cable national programs are delayed 3 hours here on the west coast.

No difference between ARC's. That's partly why channels like A&E rebroadcast the show about three hours later. HBO for example does have an East Coast main channel and a West Coast Main channel, on both ARC's.

The lineup cards do a good job of breaking down the packages, I think a bit better then the website, it's a also a good reference when your learning new channel numbers

Before anyone ask...Yes, I am looking into getting Dish. I am also looking at FiOS as an option as well. Now that my DirecTV promos are done I am looking for cheaper alternatives.
