How much was the charge, same as watching a movie? Was the 2018 movie "Searching" a VOD selection?

I don't buy VOD movies so if I did it was a slip of my fingers!
I looked and do not see it under rentals, though that was in Dec. so it was for the movie "Searching" and not just searching, it may have been deleted.
I don't know if "Searching" was a VOD offering but since it was a late 2018 movie, and it did hit the VOD market in October, and the cost is the same as what you were charged, my bet is it was a VOD on DISH and somehow you purchased it.
That's why I always have PIN code required to order PPV, So there's no accidental rentals.
