what market?
Each market is different. Best option would be to go to charter.com and view a channel lineup. It will say if analog or not
 
it looks like if its digital it will say in what package. I pulled up where I use ot live (*which is in Charter land here in Minnesota)

some say "exp basic" which is analog but then some say "Exp Basic (Digital Only)" which obviously means cable box
 
75+ channels or so in the Tri Cities Tn dma still in analog with them. They are so behind the times with their infrastructure it is just downright pitiful. If they offered their tv service to me for free I would not oblige, and still keep my paying sub with dish.
