Charter Internet Speed

Does anyone know the future if Charter Cable going to increase their Internet speed? I live in the St Louis area and presently have the 120/5 Mb/s service but sometimes when I do a speed test I get 160/5.

I would assume that any plans are being held off until the merger is approved or not.

Comcast was the same way, any upgrades was on hold, took about a year after the merger was shot down before upgrades started happening.
