I got Charter reinstalling cable this weekend and do not know what HD DVR I can expect, I can not recall if I had the Explorer 8000HD before or not and how long has the Explorer 8300HD been around?

I talked to Charter tonight and was told they are very close to a release of a new HD DVR and will upgrade all HD customers.
