Here's an interesting story that made the front page of Sunday's Greenville News about Charter selling cable without a franchise agreement in place to do so (it expired).

I use to be with charter, I am not with DTV.
But after reading this article I can only LoL at this company, they suck in every single way, and being dead last for customer service satisfaction, well thats sad, it just tells you that the company is not doing their job right.
Charter in my book is probably the crappiest cable company in the US.
