What a crappy company..
Charter's Caller ID been out in Nevada for the past month now...and still not resolved yet.
Their 2$ technicians been working on this matter for the past month and they haven't progressed yet with the current issues.
It beats me that I am still with them.
I get Charter HS Internet 10mb down and 1 mb up + Unlimited local + Long distance calls along call waiting, caller id and several other features all for 61$ a month.
No one in my area can offer such a great deal.
