New neighbor had Charter installed today. We are both serviced by the same pedestal. When I booted up my PC I noticed my modem was not getting a signal. Looked inside the pedestal and the cable guy had disconnected my drop and connected the neighbor to the serviced port I had been on. I immediately called Charter and told them to send ACI's Pico Brain back to reconnect me. Got the standard next day response even though their contracted employee had disconnected me 15 minutes earlier. I will be contacting U Verse tomorrow for my Internet Service. Fortunately my video is from DirecTV. So if you know anyone with no common sense and still attempting to fathom the intricacies of Ohms Law, then send him to Advanced Communications Incorporated for a job. And Charter just don't get it with their abysmal customer service.
