Cheapest Way to Integrate Legacy LNB's with Dish 1000 ?

I have a lot of legacy lnb's and was wondering what the cheapest way I could go about using those on a Dish 1000. I know that you can cascade a legacy twin with a sw-21 switch but is there no way to connect three single legacy lnb's cheaply? Can you cascade two sw-21 switches?

Legacy 64 switch (sw64). you can probably pick one up practically for free. And a W bracket on the 1000.2 dish.

If you Dish 1000 has either DP or DPP lnb's/switches, legacy lnb's will not work.

I know that DP and DPP lnb's/ switches are not compatable with each other. I just thought that there might have been something that I have not thought of that someone else may have done to make something work. If I could get SW-64 switch cheap enough then that would be the cheapest route it looks like. I don't like the power inserter for the 64 switch though.

If you have all legacy lnb's to use, then yes, it will work, but most Dish 1000's have either DP or DPP lnb's/switches. You will need the power inserter for the switch to work. You can find them at Dish Store and on e-bay.

and if you need four satellites, you can cascade a SW64 with SW21s between it and the receiver (except for the port with the power inserter)

EKB: Switch Selection has a chart for legacy LNB/switch combinations. Keep in mind that dual-tuner receivers will have to have 2 lines run as the DPP Separator can only be used with a DPP switch which in turn requires DP LNBs.

there is an aftermarket part called an sw21-x that responds the same as a legacy twin if you want to cascade sw21 switches
