Chiefs bears game pixilating..network feed?

Is anyone else seeing this? Every 5 to 50 seconds the picture pixelates on both hd and sd channels.
this is in the omaha dma and I haven't seen it happen during commercial breaks.
my signals are strong both hd (129) and sd (110)
I think its a network or local uplink issue
this game is currently airing on fox (42)

I'm watching it OTA on KCTV CBS and it looks fine

NOW i see that its happening on my ota channel as well
must be a kptm fox 42 issue
