Ciel-2 in Mexico

Has anyone tried to reach this bird in Mexico? I'm in Cabo with a 1.8M dish but have not tried yet.

I live all the way down in Mexico City, and with a 2.40 mts dish I have great signal on 129w, now I am still getting signal dropouts on lower transponders, probably cause this are being transmitted from E5 as of now.
