Likely doesn't mean anything for what Dish may do but I get Circle on a couple of OTA channels and one of those will be switching to The365 and I've seen Outlaw mentioned as possibly being added as well.

This was announced a few months ago, and the Tampa channel that carried it already replaced it when the new season began this year. Bottom line they find streaming will be more cost effective than a 24hr network that needs to be carried.
They don't need the rights to older tv shows they filled the day with and can still produce the new shows including Opry Live.
