I read that since this airs on CBS and Hannibal aired on NBC that there will be no references to Silence of the Lambs per NBC.

I just finished watching the episode. It sounded like only Hannibal Lecter is not to be mentioned.

They made several references about Clarice's work in Silence of the Lambs, but only about Buffalo Bill.

Hate to say it, but Michael Cudlitz (character) pretty much ruins the show. The writers are presenting too many obsacles for this show survive.
