I understand that there are limitations on how you can use Club Dish.
I have a couple of questions about this:
1. I thought there was a limit of 5 referrals per calendar year. But I read that some people were able to get a dozen. Which is right?
2. I read that club dish credits can only be as high as your bill. If you have credits for other things, like overpayment of a previous bill, does this also reduce your club dish credits or do they carry over? I assume that the cash credit will carry over to the next month and the club dish credit will be applied to the current bill.
