ClubDISH extended???

I remember reading before that the ClubDISH program would end on 7/31. I just re-visited the website and couldn't find any indication that the program was terminated or that there was an extension. An observation I made was that the disclaimer says that there is a limit of 14 referrals per year. I don't remember seen that before. Any info/comments?

On the last Retailer Chat they mentioned that it was being extended, however now ClubDish costs the person getting insalled $50 up front. (however they then get a credit on their bill)

I received 2 Club Dish cards yesterday that had "Offer extended to 8/15/05" printed on the front of the cards.
