Collapse feature not working

Hello. Anyone out there who might be able to assist me?

I trysts collapse the sirus channels and they won't collapse. I can however expend and collapse other items, just not sirus..... And I would really like to.

Sometimes I cannot collapse sirius by pressing select on channel 99 but if I have one of the sirius channels selected and press the blue key it collapses for me

I had this happen last night. I just went to menu and reset reciever. After it came back up it collapsed with no problem.
