They are not doing away with the caps. They are just raising it to 300gb and instigating a tiered system. They will suspend the caps in markets where they are testing the new system, but eventually they will move everyone to the new tiered system.
Actually, they are suspending the enforcement of the caps in the area where they're not testing...
In markets where we are not trialing a new data usage management approach, we will suspend enforcement of our current usage cap as we transition to a new data usage management approach, although we will continue to contact the very small number of excessive users about their usage.
But everybody will eventually get the new structure.
