Comcast SportsNet West HD - pixellated mess

So tonight is the night for the first Sacramento Kings HD broadcast on E*, and it's an unwatchable, pixellated mess. Sent a message to dishquality, but not sure if they read and/or respond. I've checked other channels coming from 129, and all appears to be fine, just an uplink problem with CSN-West.

I just called and talked to the technical line, not the CSR line, and they indicated that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. As soon as they said that they pulled the plug on the channel (Black screen).

At 8:15PM, all seems to be well now.

Sounds like they rebooted a fussy encoder.

Now that is working. I can live with this all season, too bad away games are not HD (not complaining, just wishing)
