Compatible devices for the USB port in 625

I tried to connect my Canon digital camera and my Creative Media MP3 player, the receiver recognizes them, but unable to use them. Anybody know what devices are compatible for the 625 receiver.

I have the usb port on my 211 and have a laptop cooler plugged into it. The receiver is in a cabinet and runs very warm. The cooler helps considerably. I know it's not an application, but since you asked.

Hey, that's a nice application of the USB port. A lot of 622s run hot. Putting a low-speed fan under one would likely help.

Yeah, the fan is a good idea.

Now that you mention it, I think maybe a usb keyboard works on the search screen? or maybe I am thinking of the 721, I know keyboard and mouse work on those.

This is the one I'm using under my 622. The Coolermaster R9-NBC-AWAK NotePal W1 Widescreen Notebook Cooler. It dropped the HD temp by 8 degrees. It's a solid one-piece aluminum extrusion. Very quiet and very durable and you don't lose a USB port since it has a passthrough connector.

I got mine at Wal-Mart. It was the Targus brand and it was $24. It has 2 fans that run very quite. At first I didn't even think they were running. You can see a description here.
