Concrete Tile Dish Mount?

Does anyone know of the company, I believe they are in Arizona, that has a mount for 18" dishes on a concrete tile roof mount. The mount "grabs" a tile, letting you put the dish anywhere on the roof, including terra cotta tiles.

They are relatively new, but I forgot their web address.
