Does anyone know if there are any specific rules that outweigh condo rules in regards to satellite placement? I'm having a heck of a time getting around these people!

There's a whole FCC chapter on condo rules. It would probably be easier if you told us what rules your condo wants you to abide by and then we can tell you if they are enforceable.

The satellite must be placed in orbit, no matter what the board thinks about it.

They also get overruled on some (but not all) of their ideas about dishes of off-air antennae.
